Today’s Verse

Prayer Focus: Mothers

Father, we thank you for all those celebrating Mother’s Day this month. We thank you for the gift of life that each mother bore in her womb. Please bless and comfort these women and give them the grace and desires they most need. Help each mother feel precious in Your eyes and let them know how much you love them. Fill their hearts with an abundance of joy, strength, courage and compassion.

We pray for each mother struggling with her children. We ask that you would impart wisdom to that mother. Give hope and peace to her weary soul.

Father, we pray for single mothers, expectant mothers, adoptive mothers, spiritual mothers and for those who lost their mothers. We also pray for those women who mentored others and played the role of a mother in the lives of others. We bless and thank you for them. Father, we also pray for those women wanting to conceive. We pray that you would honor their desire and allow them to experience this gift of love. Father, bless each women represented in the role of a mother.
