Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

1 cup pumpkin 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon orange zest 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, orange zest and butter.
