This recipe has been my favorite for years, I’m sure it will become yours too!
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container commercial sour cream
1 sm. can coconut
2 lg. cans fruit cocktail
1 lg. can sliced peaches, cut up
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
1 can of maraschino cherries (if desired)
In a large colander, drain all fruits. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
In a large container (plastic or Pyrex dish), place the fruits. Stir in the contents of cream cheese and condensed milk. Fruit is now covered in a white creamy substance. Place in refrigerator. Serve when chilled. Serve separately or with ice cream.
Variation: sprinkle granola on each serving
