“Cleanliness is next to godliness.” If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard this, I could easily purchase that pair of black Ugg’s I can’t afford.

Throughout my childhood people quoted this as if it’s gospel, so when I was of age to study the Word for myself, it came as quite a surprise that this saying isn’t actually a verse in the Bible.
