I want to know if it is ok to get counseling for yourself and not tell your mate. I’m having problems with mental abuse, jealousy and constant insecurity from my
partner. I have free counseling from my job and wanted to go and not tell him since he is the subject. I have had panic attacks and been in and out of the hospital and need to vent to someone other than my family. I am a minister
and preaching the word, living the word and want to trust the Lord with all my decisions.
